Ernie & the Automatics The members of Ernie and the Automatics have sold over 30 Million records for labels, major and minor, all across the world. Ernie and the Automatics boast two former members of the multiplatinum selling band BOSTON. Barry Goudreau on guitar and Sib Hashian on drums, reunited for the first time in 25 years. Brian Maes, lead vocals and keyboard, was with Goudreau post-Boston, when he formed RTZ with other Boston-ites, the late Brad Delp and bass player Tim Archibald. Maes and Archibald also toured the world together in Peter Wolf's House Party Five. Saxophonist Michael "Tunes" Antunes arrived in the Automatics line up while still performing with John Cafferty and the Beaver Brown Band, best known for their hit "On the Dark Side" and music on the cult classic movie "Eddie and the Cruisers." Together, it all adds up to a lot of history and a great back story. |

Leah Tysse Band
Tysse writes impressively and produces original, soulful music that continually takes her audiences on emotional journeys to the heart of rhythm-and-blues… and she does so every time she steps up to a microphone.
Audiences and peers have compared Tysse's voice and stage presence to such artists as Aretha Franklin, Joss Stone and Susan Tedeschi, yet she maintains a fresh originality that sets her apart from virtually anyone currently performing. |

Aurora Jazz Project
Maine’s freshest entry into the jazz scene is a quartet with a deliberately enigmatic name. “Aurora Jazz Project” began gigging in the Bangor area in early 2005 with the goal of breathing new life into jazz by taking it in some new and innovative directions.
With influences that range from Miles Davis to Weather Report to Derek Trucks, the members of the ‘Project each bring something to the sonic stew and take great pride in not sounding like a typical jazz quartet.

MudSeason
Mudseason was born in April of 09'. Anthony was convinced by a friend to return to Bangor to play some music and take some time off of work. Well a week went by and things just clicked and we were in the studio recording a week later. We all met and rehearsed at the union st brick church. Ray Romanowski played percussion on all the tracks-execept for Thea-and suggested the Bands name! Les Rhoda plays sax on two tracks - Shannon Denbow sings back up on 4 tracks-Bill Tibedault plays violin on a track and Mark Francias plays keys on 3 tracks as well as engineering the cd at his studio"My Thrill Studio" the rest will be tracks in the mud. Also John Patterson play trumpet with Mudseason live occasionally together with Les they are "the black fly horn's". |

Blue Northern Blue Northern is a five piece band from Maine playing traditional, original, and contemporary acoustic music. Featuring vocals from four of the members, instrumentation includes guitar, upright bass, mandolin, fiddle, dobro, and tenor guitar.
The group was formed by the confluence of countless musical coincidences, whereby pickers with a love of acoustic music would gather over burnt frozen pizza and fresh green olives and play our hearts out just for the heck of it. Gradually we decided, "Hey, you know, this doesn’t sound so bad! Let’s take it on the road.” So here we are.

Bossy Mama Band
The eclectic styles and talent of the Bossy Mama Band members make a stellar combination, fusing classic rock, rhythm and blues with a little jazz, breathing new life into old songs, like Jefferson Airplane's 'White Rabbit' and Stevie Ray Vaughns 'Empty Arms' ,while adding originals into the mix such as 'Bossy Mama' and 'People do not Change'. Although this is a new band, it is comprised of seasoned performers who present their music with an excitingly fresh style. |
|
| Members of the band include: Alice French, lead vocals and rhythm guitar: Dan Lorey, Lead guitar and back up vocals: "Ant" - Antonio Blasi, flute, Sopprano and tenor sax: Stephen Rappaport, electric bass: Steve Montague, drums. SWEET NORTHERN BLUES
Timing is everything” and is the best way to describe the coming together of these five musicians whose dedication to music has been a lifelong pursuit. Lauren Williams, and Trent Souder, are a husband and wife team who have played together in such groups as “The Tail Draggers” and “The Street Walkers”. Their love for the blues is apparent in Trent’s tasteful guitar riffs and Lauren’s heartfelt harmonica solos. Phil Pitula, on bass, formerly of the “Amazing Hot Wax and Sista Sadie”, and Lovey Williams, on drums, make up a dynamic and tight rhythm section, a must for delivering the soul of what the blues is about. They both grew up in New Jersey and found their way to Maine during different periods in their lives and now have found a home with “Sweet Northern Blues”. Mark “the bird” Swan adds the finishing touches on keys to this exciting lineup adding the icing on the cake with his fluid piano runs. Mark was also a member of the “Amazing Hot Wax” and previous to that played with “One Last Swing” a very popular Maine group during the late 70’s and early 80’s. Together these five musicians will take you on a musical journey you won’t soon forget. |
