Memorial Day Observance

There will be a Memorial Day Observance on Monday, May 29th at 11 a.m. starting at the Winterport Library and then proceeding to Oak Hill Cemetery.  "To honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice protecting our freedom"

Sale of the Old Town Office, Fire Station, and Old Town Office Parking Lot

Bid packages will be available on Monday, May 22nd during normal business hours at the Town Office.  An add will be in the Bangor Daily News this Saturday, May 20th.  Chief Thomas Doe and Town Manager Phillip G. Pitula will be the contacts for any questions concerning these properties or to set up a time to take a look at them.

New CEO & LPI

We would like to welcome Luke Chiavelli as the Town's new Code Enforcement Officer and Plumbing Inspector.  He is replacing Richard Babine who retired this year.  Luke also covers Verona Island and the Town of Orland.  Luke will be in the office every Tuesday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
