To keep all of our residents up to date about what happens next for the school budget that was rejected we are supplying you with the dates, times, and places of the meetings that will take place before a second vote on the budget. On June 29th there is a joint Budget and Finance Committee meeting at 7 p.m. at the Hampden Academy Library. On July 12th there is a regular Board of Directors meeting at 7 p.m. at the Hampden Academy Library where the new proposed budget will be affirmed. On July 25th there will be a district Budget meeting at 7 p.m. at the Hampden Academy Library. Lastly on August 1st the Budget Referendum Validation will take place at a location to be determined but this will go from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. Get involved, make your wishes known.
