Winterport Open Stage is 501 C3 Non Profit organization. WOS was founded in 1993 by Reed and Erica Farrar. Our first play was Craig Lucas's Prelude To A Kiss. We're made up of everyday people from all over Eastern Maine who enjoy producing some of the most original and affordable theatre in the area.
Winterport Open Stage, a non-profit organization, will strive to provide a safe and supportive environment to create and experience theatre and the arts. We will encourage growth and experimentation in the creative process and will foster the amateur status of the group. WOS's productions and activities will be affordable and accessible, maintaining an enjoyable atmosphere for performers and audience members alike. |
